Located in the heart of Durango, this assisted living and memory care community was designed to reflect the character, landscape, and architectural influence of the surrounding region. Drawing inspiration from Durango’s mountain setting, the building incorporates natural materials, rich textures, and earthy tones that connect the interiors to the rugged beauty of Southwest Colorado. Thoughtful detailing, warm finishes, and expansive windows were integrated throughout the design to create a community that feels deeply connected to its surroundings and rooted in the identity of Durango.
